For every task you do there is a different clothing requirement.  Recently I moved and definitely had to change the way I dressed in order to go through the process. 

As you think about the tasks you perform both at home and at your work place think about the many different types of clothing you need and begin to separate the clothing items on a list to see if any area needs additional items added.

In the retail industry, the stores are about 3 months ahead of the calendar so items you might need in April and May would need to be located and purchased within the next few weeks in order to get a good selection of choices.

If you apply this formula, you will always have the item you want for the event you are going to be attending and in advance of the event date.  That adds to your satisfaction of knowing that the event will be your focus not running around at the last minute trying to find something to wear to the event.
